What the hell is this shit? No one else is allowed to do this and for damn good reason.

I hope this gets fixed as soon as possible.

It's just something that needs to be sorted out. Put away your torches and pitchforks and lets fix this with action.
 
Maybe I'm missing something, but I fail to see what's wrong with this? It's the same as using bit.ly to redirect your links and there's nothing wrong with having affiliate URLs in your signature.
 
He is not allowed to do what? Mathew can have 3 affiliate or product links in his signature
or a banner like everyone else. :)

A guy known for making tutorial videos linking to a page where you neither get a tutorial nor a video. I guess if that floats your boat!

You aren't allowed to link to squeeze pages, as far as I know... right?
 
So is his blog post on making a #1 blog bs or good info to read? I've read part of it already and just seen some basic stuff on it not sure if I want to read the entire thing or not.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I see this, where Internet Marketers don't like being marketed to. And more so, they don't like being deceived...

This really has nothing to do that, more of a conversation whether what Matthew has in his signature is ethical/morally correct or not. As far as I'm concerned, it is allowed though.

And the post was a good read imo.

You are not allowed to have call to action banners or text in your signature. The link goes right to
a download for exactly what was described in his signature. Personally I think this is a witch hunt for
no good reason at all.
