If they had any intent to stop people clicking through then they would just de-index the wikipedia link completely.

Google could have easily put adverts there instead but they put something which was relevant to the user.

If your trying to say that because google are displaying an answer on their site to a query then you could have just replied isn't all links on Google scraped content.

Kinda feels like your all making a really desperate attempt to make out that Googles doing something wrong.
