Can you work it out?

First subtract then add.

(6-4=2, 6+4=10=210)

Is this the new common core stuff, and 6x+4y=210 is being replaced with 6+4=210 etc.?

I used to see these on Facebook quite often. I remember going into the comments section and reading the comments where everyone was patting themselves on the back, which is when I would respond with this.
