Master Resell Rights (MRR) question

The answer to this prolly obvious to many of you, but...

How can MRR 'borrowed' thru a BH forum be successfully marketed/sold without reprisal/punishment from the owner?. Seems you'd have to anticipate getting caught due to TOS violation.... Thanks in advance for your helpful responses!

If the item is sold with MRR, how can they prove you didn't buy it from someone with MRR.

Or, do you mean reselling something you got here that isn't allowed to be resold? That's a different story. You're either in trouble, or you can say you bought from someone that said they had MRR and passed the MRR on to you.
