I have designed large spintax projects in the past. I previously developed a niched super article that could easily be used thousands of times with the level of uniqueness you are looking to achieve. Ah...maybe around 60% which was sufficient for my needs. Futher implementation, or depth of spinning can easily stretch this to meet your needs.
However, this level of professionalism does in fact take a lot of time. Like MUCH time, and rediculous patience. Unfortunately, to be truly effective it also requires The Best Spinner, and I let my membership lapse.
So point blank - I can do what you need. I just need to renew my membership to TBS, and if you guys can offer a reasonable rate based on your specific needs, I'll definitely do that.
I hadn't used it in about 4 months, so I let it go, but I'd pick it up if it provided financial benefits for me.
