Yes it’s been down for me for two days now Been working for a month previously okay. Their telegram board said they had service issues but today it said the bot was working again. It’s def not working for me still.

It wouldn’t be so annoying if it wasn’t for the fact that they posted earlier today that it was back up and running again. It’s the blatant lies that really irritate me

Yup def Ben two whole days for me. They keep telling me it’s back up now so it’s reassuring to see it’s not just me still having problems. Fingers crossed it’s up for us all again soon bcos that’s my main growth method rn

They’ve just said that it’s going to be fixed today...but they said that yesterday and the day before that and the day before that and the day....

I don't know how you still trust masspoller, they made so many wrong things, i still remember when they, to let their tool run again after an update, activated an automatic login/logout every 3-5 MINUTES, hundreds of logins each day this went on for some days until Instagram sent Account compromised messages to all the profiles for a straight week without being able to use IG at all, that was a disaster.
They are just money hungry, don't give a sht about their clients and theirs profiles. Stay away.

Hos did you find out that they had implemented this login/log out every three minutes? I would love to know if they are doing that again because that is terrible!!!

They implemented that back in November when they tried to keep the story view working, but they didn't tell that ANYBODY, so all their users didn't know about such a crazy practice. You can check it in IG under privacy and security > account data. From there you can also check how many polls, quiz and question are actually voted, untile last month their logs were LYING showing the start pumped up by X7/X10. (they say they sorted 10 polls but if you checked in the app it was 1), i don't know if they still do this, probably yes.
There is more, if this is not enough, they introduced an automatic billing from one day to another, so if you had profiles that you used to run not wanting to renew they got automatically charged, had a friend that got billed for many hundreds of dollar and took them several days to send them back, without consent.

I completely believe you that they are inflating the number of stories polled and stories viewed. I don’t for a minute believe it’s doing anywhere near what they say it is. I’m sure they are still lying. In fact they lie every day when I contact support to ask them when it will be fixed and they say every time “today“ and of course it never is fixed!
Thanks also for the warning about billing. Was that via PayPal? Because I unless you set up a direct debit or standing order then I don’t think banks can release money unless you specifically tell them each time? I could be wrong. I’m really worried about that now because there’s no way I wanna be paying them again

Sorry to be really dense but when you check the activity on your account to see if the bot has really done what it says it has, are you using an iPhone? I can’t find this activity log on my iPhone anywhere
(i’ve recently hired a virtual assistant to do some manual actions for me each day and this log sounds like it would be super handy for me to check that she’s actually doing what she’s supposed to - otherwise there’s no way of me knowing if she is doing all the actions each day or not))

That’s probably because you didn’t contact them to let them know that you wanted automatic renewal turned off? It’s really cheeky that they switch that on but it’s important that you let them know that is definitely not okay with you!
These people are such liars it is starting to make me really cross

I’m so disgusted with them. Can you complain to your bank and say you didn’t authorise this payment and so it’s fraud?

I tried to do this but the bank didn't refund me because I already bought with them many times, they think I am trying to buy without paying

There has not been an automatic renewal system for months, they added it overnight automatically charging for all the accounts that you may still have in the system expired for months. It has not definitly been done with paypal, paypal require consent and don't allow this shit.
