Massplanner

Basically I'm looking around for the most efficient and cost effective ways to promote a new website.
I have had some joy with PPC ads.. and am looking at other methods too.
I am tired of using like jacker, since I can't seem to reach a mass audience fast because of confirm button.
With massplanner are you required to create several facebook accounts and use proxies?
If so, how much are you looking at paying per month to reach a large & targeted audience?

I never used it before.
Also I'm checking out something called ninja blaster

Massplanner is a great tool with 10$ monthly payment, but there are some modules (one-time fee) that must be paid if you'd like 'em
