Massplanner Unfollow Not Working

I have been using MP for months. It has been running smoothly. I was unfollowing from an App on my phone. But now I have too many followers and that app can't handle this task efficiently.

I have tried several different settings and can't seem to get unfollow to work. It will say in tools that I have unfollowed 100s of people but my Instagram number doesn't move. Today I even turned off all other operations other than Unfollow. Tools said that it unfollowed 3** but my Instagram number never moved.

What am I doing wrong? What should my settings be?

This may be for another thread but does anyone know of a tool that can just handle Unfollow and a white list? Some of these tools take 3 to 5min to check all your followers to see who isn't following. I am looking for something much faster.

Contact MP Support they will help you with this. Since its working well here.

Are you following with MP too? Maybe you're unfollowing at the same rate that you're following.

You may also need to check the option that says "Users followed outside of MP" (Or something like that) otherwise MP will only follow users that it has followed.

90% sure it'll be one of those two options. If it's not, do what @socialmediapro says and contact their support (They have a thread on BHW)

I thought the same. But this is not the case. I have ran ONLY unfollow for 2 straight days. In MP and in the Tools it says I have unfollowed almost 500 in the last 2 days. But my IG number has not moved. I have tried checking and unchecking the Outside MP Box. After over 500 Unfollows I am now falling 2 more than when I started yesterday morning. No idea what the problem is.
