Massplanner settings?

Anyone willing to share their massplanner settings or atleast give me some advice on how to set it up? This is my first time having a bot and I have no idea how to set it up, the default settings seem like you would need ages to get a decent following, I bumped up the amount of followings per operation and also gave it a smaller wait time between them, I have however added a 2 to 3 hour pause once it follows 500 people... I have no idea what I'm doing... So far it's been running for about 15 hours and I only got about 30-40 followers... And please don't attack me for trying to be "spoonfed", I don't want that, I'm simply trying to understand this...
