As the title says,
I'm looking for someone to share their MP settings. Those, which I have now brings pretty much bans.

Thoose Settings are from last year!
If u follow 500 a day on a fresh or a couple Of months old accounts IT is suicide !

Not even 300 per 24 hrs. Change it daily or have a big in between. Like 150-300. Variation is key. Also watch your number of likes. Tweak the times, you feel when you hit what is right setting for your accounts when Phone verifications and other stuff keeps coming at you, slow down a bit and soon you are in the Zone!

It should run like Clock work without interferences. Tick tock tick tock

Always try following this process. Go slow in starting when you are botting your accounts.
Like follow less than 100 for 4-5 days then increase it to 200-250 for a week afterwards increase it more.

Also make sure not to run accounts 24/7 use night mode or pause automation for some hours to look legit.
and try performing mix of actions instead of doing similar tasks.
