Unfortunately Mass Planner is gone.

I use Jarvee and I highly Recommend it.

As others have said, Massplanner is gone, even if you can get it, is useless now, has not been updated and IG changed so much in the last couple of months.
Jarvee is the evolution of Massplanner, so, give it a try.
