Massplanner - NO INTERNET

Hey i have the problem that when i set up new accounts to massplanner i often get
the error "NO INTERNET" when i try to verify them. What does that mean?
I use them with proxies and these proxies are working on other accounts at the same time
with no problem, so there cant be a internet problem with the proxies...

Your internet not fast enough, it happened to me last night when my internet down
 
Likely, you dont type proxy correctly in massplaner, you need to specify proxy port, so it will looks like "1.111.11.111:8888". Or login and pass not correct.
 
for me it was that I did not enter my username and password correctly for the proxy
 
my passwords are correct, anyone know how to fix this? I get no internet as well
 
yeah i emailed them a few min ago thanks. My proxies are working, but not when i connect them to instagram i will update here once i fix this.
