Massplanner isn't opening

I've paid for the monthly subscription to Massplanner, but when I try to launch it nothing happens. I've tried it in admin mode and just double clicking. I looked on their FAQ, and it said to try to use the updater thing, but that just crashes as soon as I launch it, admin or no admin. I installed it using the installer, and just downloading all the files. I have no idea why it isn't working, does anyone have anything to help?

I'm just going to wait until I make some more money to afford a vps. Thanks for your suggestions.
