MassPlanner 11% followback

I'm looking for some help. Currently I am gaining around 10 followers a day (due to people unfollowing me when i unfollowing them) When i am following upwards of 400 a day. This is due to my 11% followback. I was wondering if anyone could look add my skype or pm me and help a noob by looking at my massplanner settings and instagram account. It would be greatly appreciated. I'm very determined to have many successful instagram accounts and would pay back the favor when I'm on top. Thank you very much. my skype is BobbyBuckets22

I used to gain 150 followers a day by just following people manually I don't understand how using automated way of following and actually following would hurt my results.

Maybe you should try at first not to unfollow those who are following you and also you can try following people a couple of days and not immediately unfollow them

Don't immediately unfollow, allow them to get hooked on your content. Also in your mass planner settings use settings such as follow ratio, x amount of posts, and user posted in x amount of days.
