This was really sad. I don't get why the schools aren't required to have cellars for these types of disasters especially knowing that Oklahoma is tornado alley.

Yeah, the media started asking the same thing, they say the red dirt in Oklahoma is way to thick and hard to dig up to just install massive shelters for large buildings like public schools. They say it is just way to expensive to even be conceivable I have a feeling the state might implement something into place though.. especially after all of those kids died. Maybe provide some sort of fund to get schools to head in that direction to provide a shelter of some sort..
