Massive SERP increase today. Could it be Penguin-Live?

So far:
- My penguin hit site with a huge disavow file has not recovered... however, it shows some increases and decreases
- My unpenalized website, which I've built a few handmade web 2.0s (with tier 2's), a few guest posts, some decent directorys has been moving up pretty steadily. Moved up a few spots for money keywords, and seeing a rise across the website.

Hey! in last tow days one of my client SERP got down and now for some keywords it's improved for rest of got down. I think its not penguin penguin something else...

Funny how Google seems to have a hiccup a few days before a big update.
You normally see a bump on SERPs like a week before a new update. Kinda like the firecracker that pushes a big load of fireworks out the tube. It's pop, some silence, and then a big fucking avalanche of explosions.
