Massive rejection due to "unacceptable business practices"

It doesn't matter what type of account the advert is run from, a business manager or personal advertising account, even if it has a spend still rejects. But just last week everything was working fine

Maybe Facebook has caught up with you and your cloaking and that's why it rejects everything. I would suggest try with a new account, different proxy, same offer, and cloaking and see how it goes.
 
Hello!
If you have received a lot of rejects on one advertising account, then you should change it first. Since for any advertising network, an account with a large number of rejects has a low trust. It's probably also worth change your white page or change cloaking settings.

We work in team. we have different accounts and creatives on different GEOs (england, canada)also as well as this problem is now observed in many teams who work in similar themes.

Tudo vai bem até que ele não aprove mais nada e quando aprova, depois de algumas horas, ele rejeita!

You should follow FB policies, this will help your ad post get approved for effective distribution. If your main image is not working, use a similar relevant image
 
Please Cover or Blur your images and pay attention to forbidden words
 
I think you should use a different image and new account to restart.
