Massive backlinks at high scale recommendation, rank up fast

hello guys,

i know the risk, deindexation, and all that. but i really need providers, methods, softwares i can use to generate a huge amount of spammy cheap backlinks mostly do follows to rank up my site in google and bing. any other risky tip appreciated, this is experimental, so the most knowledge you can leave here the most appreciated it will be.
