It is not that easy, especially if you're just starting out.
For mass uploading you need a lot of accounts, each with different assigned IPs and when uploading the videos you mustn't leave any footprint or else all your hard work will go down the drain. Oh, and a VPS is recommended as you would need a fast internet connection.

Don't loose a lot of time uploading thousands of videos.
Upload about 30 videos, 3-4 per YT account, with original titles, descript and tags. Create one account per IP.
Then, get a few likes and comments. Check the videos that rank best, and continue regular promotion.
You will see instant results. And risk less bans.
Quality beats Quantity all the time.
