Mass Twitter Follower Bot? Please read/help!

I've downloaded all kinds of programs etc and none of them work. I don't have $300 to shell out for Tweet Demon or any of the new fancy bots, but I don't need all those features anyway. What I need is simple.

I need a bot that I can upload "username : password" txt files onto, and then send those "followers" to any Twitter account. I am trying to start my own little twitter business but I need a reliable tool that will continue to work as long as the accounts I provide are fresh. If it is better for it to run on proxies, that is fine. I just want something reliable and dependable.

Can someone help me out?

if you want to start a twitter business then invest the money for a good tool. I can code you exactly what you want but it will be around the same price as the other twitter tools. To make money you need to spend money, or just learn to code. :) Good luck!
 
Any suggestions on a solid tool that won't create a gaping hole in my bank account?
