mass twitter account creator needed urgently!

CCcleaner run, Private browser firefox, private proxy NewYork, brand new email and damn, once i'm able to create a Twitter user (probably because my real ip isn't ban or something) i get served all my local stuff !!!! Twitter recognise me or something close to it (what i like, where i'm from etc..) It gives me local twitts to follow. What the hell am i doing wrong ?
