there no way to stopany email hitting the spam box it natural today.
if your not on the recevers friend list or list your go stright to spam
becouse of the ransomware scam spamming is shit in money and heigh in scam alarts right know ...

Best advice I can give you is use multiple SMTP servers. Go register all 3 Amazon SES regions, Sendgrid, Mailgun, Mailjet, etc. Get a software that rotates SMTP (Atomic Email Studio does this). Buy multiple domains to send from. Host those domains in different places. Use Spintax in your email so it's different each time.

Sort out your target audience based on Email service providers (yahoo, gmail and hotmail).
Create multiple email accounts on the above mentioned sites (with SMTP enabled).
Shoot an email from gmail to gmail, hotmail to hotmail etc.
Drip feed the email.
Avoid spammy words
Avoid too many links
Use a clean domain for link and IP address
For Gmail => add a date/time in your email body

Might want to check out Bullet Proof Email Servers offered at the site in my sig. The app in my sig also has an email module to rotate multiple accounts, supports spintext, custom short codes etc.
