Mass SMS Marketing for Cheap?

What's the cheapest most cost effective way to market to mobile phones. The problem is we are not seeing any ROI from it. I mean we are getting some returns, but minimum. Then we are paying $50 dollars to send 1,000 messages.

What are you actually trying to do? Things to consider are who is opting in and how you're getting your opt-ins. Work on your conversion process also, depending on what you're offering.

If you want very cheap cost, send me your contact... Facebook, Yahoo & Google use this provider to send their SMS with very cheapest cost :)

In which country are you paying such a large amount fr just 1000 messages?
 
I have to pay around 6.9c per text in Australia here :(
 
mobile marketing is an up and coming incredibly useful way to market, I think it is worth the investment

This. It all depends on what type of opt-ins these are... if they are opting in for a free ipad and you are offering them a dinner you might not have any conversion! It all depends on how the leads are generated in the first place.

Does the 1 cent pricing include the optin numbers or do you bring your own numbers? We have the database and we send the text through our own gateway. Your saying that You can buy a database and utilize a gateway for delivery for 1 cent? Why is so many people paying more?
