Unfortunately, there’s not much you can do aside from reaching out to Instagram support and appealing the warning. Hopefully, they’ll look into it. In the meantime, maybe consider building up a backup account

You have to reach out to Instagram support and let them know that this happened. They will then check there backend to see if it was a mass report attack and then remove the spam filters.

Mass reports are brutal. Best bet is appeal to IG, verify your account and keep posting legit content consistently.

Try switching your link to a clean domain temporarily sometimes the warning is tied more to the URL than the profile itself.
