Try to verify you location with a premium tool such as with https://www.maxmind.com/en/home - which has free IP checker.
Afterward, if the IP location does not correspond with what you bought, the best thing to do is to contact the provider for further details, clarifications or explanations.

They don't. It's Poland...and when you ask them for locations they get all defensive he told me "do you think it's a bad thing to use Poland 4g? they're not going to ban you just because it's poland, everything doesn't have to be usa 4g" and i said well yes for me it does. When I asked for pool size he typed me a huge paragraph but never answering the question. I can't stand these guys.
