Mass posting to fb groups

Sorry guys I have been looking for the last hour, but cannot find a website that posts to facebook groups. I have more than 50 groups which I want to post to but that is tedious and I want to automate the posting task.

I found Pilot Poster but it requires the email verification that I never received. Any alternative please?

There are two ways to do this task.
1. Php scripts : buys your own fb autoposter scripts from codecanyon or download from free sites. Chance of account ban is high.
2. FB bots : you can buy those from BHW marketplace itself, search for it. Chance for ban is medium. High quality proxies are required .
