Mass Posting in FB Groups

Anybody doing it? If so do you have trouble with facebook deleting post? Maybe due to URL? let me know.

I was just about to get started in facebook.

From what I have read , if you are running an APP yu can send update emails to all members of your group. This seems like a better way then just blasting posts. I was also wondering if email marketing to this list will get you banned from your cpa network?
