Mass PM Sender

I dont know what Im doing wrong so I thought I'd ask for help. I just made a purchase from the masspmsender website and completed the payment. I didnt recieve any download links or anything, I contacted the guys e-mail and havent had a reply back. What should I do?

If you paid with paypal, open a dispute.
If you paid with CC/Debit call your bank and have them open a dispute.
