Mass planner

    so I just bought mass planner because i wanted it so i could create mass ig accounts, what is serious pissing me off is the fact that I cannot see it in the tools section. I cannot purchase the mod from anywhere nor do I even see a more tools selection for to find the module. I have tried looking for any sort of tutorial to help me but nothing i have found even remotely helps. So i was wondering if anyone here knows what the issue is or if someone could just help me out. thanks

    instead of opening a thread here on bhw, I'd advice you - and everybody - to contact the support first. Especially, since the MP support team is beyond amazing, they will help you more than probably any of our users here. I mean, they know their program the best.

    This is why I asked you what they said, OP. Support will be able to help you much better than most others and, in a backhanded kind of way, people may think that there is a bug/issue with the service or product and it leaves a slightly negative taste in their mouths generally.

    I can understand the ache to get the ball rolling but give the vendor an opportunity to shine in their customer service end and remember that we are a world wide industry and some people may be sleeping and unable to give 24/7 support or perhaps there are other support tickets or people they are helping out ahead of you.

    You'll be pleased once they do respond I am sure as the member that represents them (owns the company?) is a solid member here on BHW.

    they just got back to me... there were bugs with the account creator so they had to remove it for the time being.

    If you would have checked the thread you would have seen that several people ask for this as I mentioned several times it's discontinued for the moment. You cannot find any information about it because we removed it as the module isn't available anymore :) also support answers quite fast but you do have to give them a little time to do so as they answer on a first come first served basis, some people also require a teamviewer session and that takes time as soon as one is available and gets to your ticket he helps you in any way he can.

    we don't have the capacity to instantly reply :) not yet at least....got it sorted in the end

    exactly, I've seen a couple of threads popping out on BHW with these kind of questions lately and even though I'm grateful for the mentions and marketing, people should realize that our support is the most equipped in responding to all their queries and we also do it in a timely manner, just not immediately but as soon as we can.

    Just purchase accounts OP. I purchased 10 PVA instagrams for $7 lol..

    Hi everyone, I have had difficulties with MP's while trying to subscribe to their site. I have read how wonderful their customer service team is and submitted a ticket regarding my issue. I waited several hours without any response and proceeded with subscribing with another email account, to alleviate the previous matter. Now, I have discovered having a Chromebook is an issue. I had only read there were issues with Macs. I see there is a Chrome extension for images, but I would like to use all the features that MP has to offer. I have submitted another ticket to MP's customer service, but they haven't proven to have the best response time. If anyone has any experience or advice on this matter I would appreciate it. Thank you.

    out support answers within a few hours, so if you didn't get a reply most probably your message didn't go through, can you pm me your email so i check what happened? also let me know what exact difficulties you had while trying to subscribe..
