there's no direct way of doing it, no. you can send a feature request and our devs will see what they can do.
something that you could do is extract the members, go to the use members tab, select them all and export them, get the usernames from excel, add @ in front of each one and make a big spin with all, add that as a comment in retweet. It should pick one random member to mention him for each retweet and if you have a huge spin the chances of doing it too often with just one person are small. There chance still exists though.
