I'm confused to be honest. it seems I'm trying to upload photos it wont work I'm getting errors 505 and 100 I have chatted with admin says talk to proxy supplier chat with proxy supplier he says With MassPlaner, my advice is to use IP Authentication. You must add your real IP in your control panel. Or if you are using a VPS, you must add the IP of the VPS.

Kind regards,

I don't understand what he is talking about

Hey,

yes, when using proxies you have two ways of authentication, to kinda tell the proxy "hello, it's me" :D

You either use your VPS IP in the Panel to auth your IP or just use the username, password method if your proxy supplier provides you with that information.

If you don't auth your IP or don't auth with username, password you won't be able to connect to your proxy.

I prefer using username&password because you just set it once and forget about it when you either change VPS frequently or have a dynamic IP at home, but if suppliers don't provide you with username&pass, just search for the section where you can auth your IP to give yourself (or in this case MP) access to the proxy.

Regards,

as envisioned mentioned.... the proxies that you purchased are not allowed to be used by the VPS (or anybody) yet. You need to allow this and set it up manually.

Log into your proxy, look at the security settings. You can choose to allow by setting up a username/password. I choose to allow by IP address. I use the IP address of my VPS. The Proxy company will look at the VPS IP Address and allow it automatically without password.

so is it better to use ips with no id and password?????

It doesn't matter which one you choose - they are both equal. Just pick one.
You just need to enable one of them on the Proxy Company website so that MP can use it. Right now it looks like none is enabled.
