Mass Planner & Facebook groups question

I think Mass planner has its own videos on this matter. You should not post to more than 100 groups a day and its best to use multiple accounts

For my main account, I only use it on my desktop. For any of my other accounts, I use on my laptop behind a VPN. My main account shares to about 30 groups... I might share two articles per day (at most) with a time gap between the two articles. This is for writing political articles/news.
