Mass Messaging on other social networks

Does anyone

a.) Have a script that can mass message people on different social networks

b.) Know how to automate messaging on different social networks

c.) Give me a brief overview what would be required programming wise (in php) and/or programs to do this. (Ex scrape links to profiles using curl and making POST and GET requests to send messages would this work?)
