Mass mentions help

i was looking to buy some mass mentions but i have not done this before do i risk my account getting banned if the comments/mentions are on one of my main accounts post? is best to have the mentions on a child account and have that post contain my main accounts @? i feel like this would be a less affective though

with mentions, shouts, likes ect there's always an element of risk.
