Mass Making Twitter Accounts

I'm planning on scaling using TMB to follow my competitors' followers, but how does their account creation work? Would I be better off using another program or service to create my accounts? Anyway to mass update bio, website, header, and pinned tweet? Finally, what about verification of mass made accounts?

Btw, when I'm following my competition's followers, how many threads can I run?
