Inbox Rate: What is the current running percentage of what you send out actually get to the inbox, not the spam folder?
What kind of service do you use for mailing: Do you hand send them out, use one of the internet mailers, use your own script?
What are your rates: Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Do you have the ability to harvest emails? (This is not a deciding factor, but if you do, what are your prices then?)
