Hi fellow Blackhatters,

Long story short, I was into affiliate marketing and mass mailing about 7-10 years ago. It was relatively easy back then. With a good list (even if it wasn't that great), the right offer (especially MMO offers since everyone is looking to make some extra bucks online), and a solid server setup, it felt like an ATM machine. I stopped doing that to focus on some personal projects (and some ethical considerations).

Back then, it was hands down the easiest way to make money. I tried various methods, and most of them worked, but in terms of big paychecks, mass mailing was the real deal.

Now, I'm wondering if the right setup—like a good server with multiple IPs, PowerMTA setup, and proper IP warming—still works nowadays in terms of inboxing and converting (especially in the MMO niche). Is it still the same, even with mass mailing?

Any input is appreciated.

yes mass mailing is still profitble if you have good list

You already know the basics. Like you have information about good offers. You just have upgrade them .

I'm curious to know if anyone here is currently using mass mailing and seeing great results. Given that setting up a good server with multiple IPs, PowerMTA setup, and proper IP warming can be quite expensive in the long run, I'm hesitant to dive back in without some current success stories to back it up.

I'm considering restarting slowly with a few fresh lists to test the waters. Given the more sophisticated filtering methods from Gmail, Bing, etc., is it still worth the time and setup investment? I'd love to hear about any recent experiences or advice on navigating the current landscape.

PMTA is long gone. They don't have any support anymore or upgrades its abonded project. Start working with MailerQ you will like it.

Good luck :)

I see less threads for this make money method, looks that it is saturated now. Even, laws regarding mass mailing are very strict now.

Now a days it's more profitable to send using multiple accounts from established providers (Gmail, Hotmail...)

All what you need is accounts, proxies and the app to automate the whole process.

Advantages: no need to be a Linux sysadmin, mess with DNS records, deal with reputation....
