Hello!

MAINLY:
I need to send say 1000 mails weekly. Preferably with automatically changing subject and name of recipient. What is the best solution for this purpose?

SECONDARILY:
Also I need to minimize a risk of being flag as spam. Someone told me to set correctly mailserver and DNS. If I have well-agen gmail, will it do the magic? I have sent two hundrends mails and everything seems fine so far. Another option which came to my mind is to "churn and burn" gmails. Any thoughts?

Also wondering if use something like beefree.io. Looks very nice though I have had received many mails when people responded to my email without loading images and the email looked terrible. Thus I am worried if by using this some people will not see anything.

Meh sending cold emails is the problem I never found a solution for.

I guess you could use regular gmail for 1k weekly.

Are those cold emails?

I think maybe you can use Buzzstream with Gmail or Gsuit (What's it called now?)

You can setup Gsuit on your personal domain and have a @yourdomain.com professional email.

You can the scheduler and have them sent in a span of 2 - 5 - 10 minutes, 2 hours, etc.

You can also use WoodPecker + Gmail

I guess some of those outreach tools have a free plan for 1k.

MailJet + Gmail - They have a 6k emails a month free plan. (Don't know if you can use MailJet + Gmail but you can for sure if you have your own domain. Worth checking out)

You can also use TurboSMTP + SendBlaster. This one also works. This is a private SMTP (Not google).

SendBlaster also works with Gmail accounts.

You can even add a few.

Just be sure to worm up Gmail accounts.

Send 1-2 daily, then 3-4, then 5-6, then 10... Then get it to a hundred or smth.

I think google has a 500 emails a day limit on Gmail and 1500 or 2000 on Gsuit.

Peace :)

Make sure to clean your list before sending your email campaign.

It's a good option to build your own SMTP server. You'll need some syslinux skiils and a good understanding of how mailing servers work. It requires to dedicate some time to learn and some patience to deal with IPs reputation, learn how to setup DNS records properly and find VPS providers...for 4000 emails per week I believe it's not not your best option.

Or use a plug and play solution to send your emails using multiple Gmail accounts and proxies.

Good luck

If your list is clean and double optin then there should not be any problem with your setup. If you’re mostly just spamming then no one would probably want to run your list
