mass mailing from site ?

Hi all , i have a question for you , should i send emails from my site though plugin and my site's smtp server or not ?
I have host on tophost.gr and i have limitation 600emails/hours , thats it no other limitations .
I can't rent right now any server and seems i can't find a way to use any localhost for mass mailing .

Would Mautic self hosted do the job for you?
