Mass mailing emails obtained from google. A newbie needs some advice.

Hey all, I have what I think is going to be a very successful method for me, but am a little bit uninformed on email lists as a whole.

My current method involves hyper-targeting google search results of a very specific site for emails. I have read around that scrapping is illegal and am wondering is what I am doing scrapping? All I am doing is manually getting emails from google search results.

The emails are very targeted, and I plan on (for now) only sending them one email that should be very relevant to them and have a high return rate. If I have a link in the email will it automatically be marked as spam?

Assuming everything goes according to plan I will still need a mass email sender(although not super-mass, I probably won't send more then 1k emails a day, more likely around 300-600) any recommendations?

If you do around 300-600 mails a day only just try a gmail account. I think that you can send 500 mails for free.
I dont know any mass mailing bots out there, but if you can code I would suggest you to write it on your own, should be an easy Job!

Google won't care that I am sending out 500 of the same email to random people that includes a link to my site(or a url shortened hoplink)?

I mean it's not straight up unwanted mail. The way I get the emails is by searching for people who post(obviously using specific criteria) "hey I have X problem if you can fix X problem my email is XXX". My email doesn't answer their question directly but it is relevant to their question and I feel like I am not really breaking any rules by replying to these people.

I just feel like if I start unloading 500 emails a day from google something is going to come up. Am I wrong?

I think scrapping is against TOS but ..i think you cannot put an equal sign between breaking TOS and Illegal. You can use yandex.com mail address . You can make the accounts without a phone number...just be sure to change your IP when creating a new email address. Hope that helps

So just make a new email under a proxy, send 500 emails, rinse repeat each day?
