If you are looking something to keep you SPAM-CAN compliant, go with interspire.

If you don't care about all that legal stuff....go for darkmailer.

The best suggestion is have someone or company that knows how to get the mail out do it for you. Less risk.

If you want to send out 10k emails, darkmailer is ok. But if you want to send out 10million emails, better forget about it and go with zunkerbot
