the most pissed off part is when I paid hundred of dollars to someone to build links, a month or 2 later the links are dead. How does one sleep well during the night? that's a pure scammer! if rather put respect on the one who deliver for mcdonal at least he's not trying to scam.

I need a mass link checker tool to whack those MF, any recommendation?

Two things:
  1. Links dying is not necessarily a scam. Sometimes what you need is some hot, fresh garbage. If you play your cards right, cheap, low quality junk that will slowly fade away can get you a hefty ROI. Depending on who you were working with, it's plausible that he assumed you knew the links were meant to be weaker/spammier bulk links rather than things like permanent guest posts. When you hire people, it's really up to you to understand what they're offering and to make sure it fits into your larger SEO plan.
  2. Did you hire this person through BlackHatWorld? If you did hire through BHW and they did promise that links would stay live (or that you'd get your money back if they didn't), you can https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/dispute-resolution.31/.
