Mass keyword research

I have a list of keywords I want to research. I need it for all invididual mid-sized cities in the US.
The lists are not issues, but I'm not sure how to get the keywords automatically.

I don't mind programming bots but what is the best way to go about this? Are there ready-made tools for this?
