mass image downloading bot

Does anyone know of a bot that can download all of the images from a website, or specific page on a website?

I want to collect images of a certain celebrity and they are many fansites of hers where there are thousands of images collected into various sections, for example photoshoots, public appearances etc.

I want to collect these images so I can then reupload them to Tumblr but cut out the time of having to manually download thousand of images.

If anyone could help that would be great.

HTTrack is a free GPL software for downloading whole sites. It's very flexible, you can configure exactly what to download. It's not very easy to use, but you can use it for many things, so it's worth learning.

You can use Scrapebox and do a site:thedomain.com scrape to get every URL from the domain.

Then I'm pretty sure there is an image extractor add on - perhaps I have it confused with the Google Image scraper but check it out if you have it.

I use scrapebox - if you pick the right keywords it works very well.
Then set up a macro in Irfanview to resize them or whatever (100% free) and you're done in minutes.

just use scrapebox to gather all the urls from the site in to a txt file, load the txt file in to the program (from the post above) and it will download all the images in to a folder.
