Mass friend request

Ive read about using an email generator to generate a list of emails, then adding the list to your friends list. this was from an ebook - does this work? if so any suggestions for an email list generator?

the second option for this is scraping the emails off of pages. i have scrapebox but it doesnt seem to get many emails off of google keyword searches.

any tips on achieving this?

don't try the first idea..
Your account will be banned within hours, because of the low ratio of acceptance of friend requests and because most of those emails won't exist!

is works i have seen it done.. you have to have the right email of people that want alot of friends... i seen a guy get 200,000 friend in a few weeks real friends not band friends...
