is there a tools to translate mass file names into english, for example there are 100 of japanese images, i just want to translate file names into english, i really need this, please help.

Download advanced file renamer by searching on google and install. If u want to rename mass files using a generic name with sequential numbers its good. But translation u have to hire some one for that purpose

Yep, you'll need someone to go through the files one-by-one to translate them properly.
