I am looking for someone who has a list of student's email addresses of major US colleges and that can mass email them. Please shoot me your quote, what you can provide (ie, what are the colleges/universities, number of email addresses). Also, what tool do you use to mass email them?

I've got a list of over 200k emails in this niche, but will not email them you need another source for that. What's your price?
