Just keep in mind you're going to need your own mail server to hook it up to and your own IP's, or a good smtp service. So it's going to cost you some $$.
Then you have to work on warming those IP's or else you'll just be mailing the spam box and will get blacklisted everywhere.
You can use this email tester to make sure you have the mail server configured right.
You should validate those 30M email address first - lord knows how many invalid emails their are. This part is going to cost you a small fortune, don't know of any good validators that are free, there's a few horrible ones you can find, but they are going to run off your windows IP, if you have port 25 open. Plenty of good ones online like Zerobounce. I bet that 30 MM email list becomes like 20 MM after it's validated.

You can't guaranteed any type of inbox placement, don't mislead people. It's all based on IP reputation of the SMTP Service you hook that tool up and the configuration of your authentication protocols.

If you manage your ip well, and you take out certain footprints in the email they will make it through. Along with using message spinning etc. I have good success with inboxing in bulk.

I just downloaded it and tested it but emails are going to spam folder...let's see if support can help to fix it
