So what next.... does somebody has patched email senders, that can send unlimited..
Your hosting will not always ban you in the case of Intersprie, if you have setup your own server and have configured it properly and sending to a hygienic list contains your opt in subscribers, you'll not get banned. But if you aren't using a hygienic list even in the case of "MailCimp" Active Campaign" etc they will ban you as soon as they notice high bounce rate and spam.

its very easy to set up your own mailing server.
1. get vps with linxu, centos installed.
2. install the virtualmin (tutorial is available on youtube).
3. add your domain in virtualmin and create email id, use that email id with credential in smtp settings of interspire or any other application.

After hitting the 500 / day GMail limit. I simply set up my own SMTP server which allows me to virtually send an unlimited number of emails.
1. Rent a server
2. Install SMTP software
3. Buy a domain, point the domain and setup reverse DNS
4. Send test email to yourself
5. Send your emails to your subscribers
6. ???
7. Profit

Agreed,phplist has certain limitation can can't work. You can go for Interspire, if configured properly with your infrastructure it can really helps. There has been a discussion on this very topic on BHW in the following thread.

Yes PMTA at port25 is a paid SMTP server application, but undoubtedly advance and better than the open source alternatives. We configure servers using PowerMTA and it gives expected results.

Yes Interspire email marketer is a list management software, you can use PowerMTA as email relay.

Interspire email marketer is good, but alone IM can't guarantee success. configure your infrastructure well, implement txt records, mail exchange, email authentications DKIM,Sender ID, Sender policy framework, configure feedback loops and always keep processing the bounce. Use PMTA for fast mail relay instead of open source alternatives of PowerMTA Postfix Exim etc.

100% inbox rate is an exaggeration, it depends on the hygiene of your list and sender score of your IPs. You can't even send 100% emails of opt in subscribers into in inbox with low sending score of the IPs.
