I have found the most stable web mailer out is Mailer King from myadtools The coder stays on top of it and it is updated often. I am in no way any part of the site or software but have used many of his product with great success.

Answer to OloriOko & others who seek a bulk mailer..
My "blackhatmailer" review:

1) Almost any bulk mailer that existed since the creation of pc's allows you
to send emails using multi-threads in a mode using several personal accounts.
If you don't use proxies, this program will not allow you to use various smtp's
servers either authenticated or open smtp's that don't require proxies nor display your ip.
Note: Not every smtp server keeps origin ips. So it's less power in your hands.

2) Servers block emails that use the same address or computer id, so, by forcing users to use proxies that aren't always stable & many,
that don't work with smtp servers that block you if you change your location .. . ordinary & extended methods for sending emails are drastically
reduced by blackhatmailer. Note: blackhatmailer will not allow open smtps or different smtps accounts to use the id rotation either.

Its use rotate Free smtp like gmail and i usually use over 100 emails for that purpose.

Hi, we have created a custom platform, that in less then 3-4 hours you have thousands of fresh private proxies to mail trough, we also have linux proxy mailers, but we also have a proxifier system that allows any direct mailer to mail trough proxies on windows server 2003-2008R2 automated etc...
the proxies you get are socks4/5 and are not public ones no honeypots : )
